Two Authors...One Evening!

FRISCO, TX: Join us on Wednesday, October 13 at 7:00pm at the Frisco Heritage Museum for Two Authors…One Evening!  This event features two famous authors presenting their new works, Appetite for America and Letters to Jud. 

Two Authors will take place at the Frisco Heritage Museum located at 6455 Page Street, Frisco, Texas 75034 (next door to Babe’s Chicken Restaurant).  Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door.  Complimentary refreshments will be provided.  Advanced ticket purchase is suggested as seating is limited.  To make your reservations, call (214) 428-0101. 

Two Authors…One Evening is a partnership between the Museum of the American Railroad and the Frisco Heritage Museum.  This exciting event is a precursor to many more partnerships between the two institutions as the Museum of the American Railroad continues to move forward with its plans for expansion in Frisco, Texas. 

 Featured authors are Stephen Fried and Don Alderman.  Mr. Fried will present his new book, Appetite for America: How Visionary Businessman Fred Harvey Built a Railroad Hospitality Empire that Civilized the Wild West.  A superb non-fiction work about one of the nation’s greatest entrepreneurial pioneers.  Visit Mr. Fried’s website at
